By accessing or using VoltChek ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

VoltChek provides battery health estimation tools for electric vehicles based on aggregated data and statistical models.

3. Disclaimer of Accuracy

VoltChek estimates are for informational purposes only.

Actual battery health may vary significantly from our estimates.
Estimates are not a guarantee of future battery performance or vehicle value.
For a definitive assessment, we recommend physical diagnostic testing with an OBD2 scanner.

4. Payments and Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy.

Lemon Squeezy handles all customer service inquiries and returns regarding payments.
By purchasing a report, you agree to be bound by Lemon Squeezy’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Refunds: Since our PDF reports are digital products delivered instantly, we generally do not offer refunds once the report has been generated.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on VoltChek, including code, diagnostic algorithms, and report designs, is the property of VoltChek and protected by international copyright laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

VoltChek and its operators shall not be liable for any financial losses, incorrect purchasing decisions, or vehicle damages resulting from the use of our health estimates.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Netherlands. Any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dutch courts.
